ABSTRACT:
Documentary inflation in the field of the Law is an undeniable phenomenon which all legal actors are confronted with. In spite of the initiatives of the French government to facilitate access to certain legal sources (Legifrance is an example), access to legal information and documents is increasingly complex, all the more complex as there exists a form of informational illiteracy among the professionals of Law. Above this exponential complexity, multinational enterprises play with the competition between legal systems in term of economic attractiveness. In front of the need for improving the identification and management of the legal documents, we suggest a roadmap to improve the necessary toolbox to any construction and/or any legal reasoning.
