ABSTRACT:
With the invasions of the Crusaders in the Islamic territories, particularly in Palestine and the Syrian coasts, new situations had happened:
1. Immigration of high ranking Muslim people to a safer places (Damascus).
2. Differed culture and behaviours seemed strange to the local population.
3. Cruel policy of the Crusaders towards the locals, even the local cristians.
In light of the Crusaders' policy and behaviours, the Muslim ulama, historians and other writers expressed their images towards the Crusading phenomenon. These images appeared in different expressions: Merits culture, history, biographies and poetry. The Crusaders were imaged negatively in all aspects of life through these Islamic sources.
