The Thesis is the dissertation for Licensed in Chemistry and Physics Degree.
Three solvents mixtures used in High Pressure Thin Layer (Liquid) Chromatography were modeled using the Snyder triangle and several mathematical models with six and seven variables. Were modeled chromatographic parameters such as retention time, resolution, and objective function. Were investigated series of benzodiazepines.
