EDITORIAL STATEMENT:
The journal features full-length scientific papers, short reports, letters and reviews of neurological investigations. Original publications, informative case reports, short communications, editorials, and reviews in relation to these topics will be accepted.
Romanian Journal of Neurology keeps the clinician informed of the latest developments and current recommended practice in this rapidly expanding field. As a clinical neurology journal, this is directed to physicians concerned with diseases and conditions of the nervous system. The journal's purpose is to advance the field by presenting new basic and clinical research with emphasis on knowledge that will influence the way neurology is practiced.
The review articles seek to address the clinical issues of diagnosis, treatment and patient management. Management is described in practical terms so that it can be applied to the individual patient.
Papers that appear in this Journal are peer reviewed by experts in the appropriate field as selected by the editorial board or, less often, by members of the editorial board themselves. Letters to the editor from our readers commenting on published articles or offering general comments or opinions are always welcome and will be considered for publication.
