In order to find the better biological method to against Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata,the control efficiency of Metarhizium flavoirideagainst H.vigintiocmaculata under different temperature and humidity,the effect of the same concentration against different instars,and the respiration of H.vigintiocmaculata infected by Metarhizium flavoiridewere investigated in this paper.The results showed that pathogenic effect could occur remarkably under the condition of above 25and 95% relative humidity.The mort...
