The chapter, Nelson Mandela Quo vadis?, edited by the author, Franz J. T. Lee, describes the neoliberal developments in the post-Apartheid epoch, the total betrayal of the South African Revolution, and the construction of a new black powerful middle class that keeps the impoverished black masses at bay.
