ABSTRACT:
The recent progress of the study on biological control of plutella xylostella was summarized. And in this review the future of biological control was analyzed. At present,biological insecticides of plutella xylostella mainly included bacteria,fungi,virus and nematode. Presently,bacteria potentially replaced agricultural chemicals as insecticide. And Bacillusthuringiensis was applied widely. The fungi were the most important entomopathogenic microorganism. And Beauveria bassiana was investigated widly.
