ABSTRACT:
A joint position of Psychodrama and Gestalt in counseling and psychotherapy is the goal to improve the clients’ creativity for their personal growth and their problem-solving capacity. For assisting clients in this process, the use of various media is less preferable than the use of one’s own creativity in analyzing the client’s situation. From some research about creativity several proposals are delineated for developing the counselor’s/therapist’s creativity; they should be used with patience and tolerance for errors.
