ABSTRACT:
The pathological processes in the bodies of 2-3 instar Plutella xylostella larvae after infection with Beauveria bassiana are reported in this paper. The infecting sequences of hyphae stages are (a):cutex; (b)hemolymph,lipoid; (c)alimentary tract,malpighian tubule,silk gland and reproductive gland; (d)muscles,silk gland duct and nerve cord. The pathological changes of insect tissues can briefly described as follows:the appearing of vague edges,crevices and empty circles around or among tissues then the happening of damage and disintegration of them
