ABSTRACT:
In a study of 1609 K+e4 decays observed at the CERN PS we have obtained a single solution for the form factors and the pi-pi phase-shift difference delta averaged over the invariant dipion mass (m pi-pi = 313 MeV). We found delta = 0.37 plus or minus 0.07.
