ABSTRACT:
In a study of 1609 Ke4 decays observed at the CERN PS, the rate of K+ --> pi+ pi- e+ neutrino was found to be 3.32 plus or minus 0.31 times 10**3 inverse seconds. An upper limit of 43 inverse seconds at the 95% confidence level was obtained for the delta S = delta Q violating mode K+ --> pi+ pi+ e- neutrino bar.
