ABSTRACT:
E-government portents to be the harbinger of new opportunities, unlimited access by public service users to government, and a facilitator of civil servant work. Yet, how transparent is government across the world -- and what implications does such transparency have for ditigal government. This chapter explores some of these issues -- looking at the way teams can organise in order to assess the degree of public sector transparency around the world.
