ABSTRACT:
A business model for e-commerce is offered. Special service functions are introduced, that are used to analyze behavorial stability of an individuum in that process. Multicriterial optimization problem is formulated and methods of decision making are offered on the basis of the Pareto optimality for utility functions. Preference domains for buyers and sellers are constructed. Negotiation procedure in searching compromises is considered.
