SUMMARY:
Allocation of funds for the eLearning conversion of the Independent Study Skills Module and Independent Study Skills Award for Greenwich pupils to progress to higher education. Proposed in 2001 by J Jameson, Director of Lifelong Learning at the University of Greenwich, the Independent Study Skills Module (ISSM) was developed in coordination with Excellence in Cities Principal Projects Manager Linda Karlsen of Greenwich borough. The eLISA is an adaptation of the ISSM and ISA into electronic format being developed with the City Learning Centres in Greenwich (Manager Phil Noakes) for the benefit of Greenwich school and college pupils/students to progress into higher education in the borough of Greenwich.
