ABSTRACT:
An analysis of the results of a questionnaire distributed to part-time teaching staff, with follow-up interviews, as part of a regional London and South East England research project funded by the Learning and Skills Development Agency on the deployment and development of part-time staff in the Learning and Skills sector in the UK. Data collected from the study is reported, and a good practice guide for the deployment and development of staff is recommended.
