ABSTRACT:
A measure of perceived organizational family support (POFS) was found to be related to Organizational Commitment (OC) at both the individual and work unit levels. The latter associations exceeded the former. Longitudinal associations provided some evidence that POFS was more related to subsequent OC than vice versa.
