SUMMARY:
Develop a core group of workers to become knowledgeable on workplace health and safety issues; develop these workers into a group of "worker trainers" who will carry out health and safety trainings in UAW organized workplaces; and who will provide health and safety expertise to their own workplaces. Develop training materials in Spanish and recruit Spanish speaking UAW members to become "worker trainers"; continue to revise the UAW core health and safety publication, "What Every UAW Representative Should Know About Health and Safety"; translate the aforementioned publication into Spanish
