ABSTRACT:
This research, examining outcomes at both the individual and work-unit level, sought to ascertain if there is a monotonic positive relationship between number of family-friendly practices offered and four perceptual/attitudinal variables. Practices were examined separately and as a bundle. An attempt was made to identify an optimal bundle.
