ABSTRACT:
Results from 30 laboratory and 42 field studies were reviwed with respect to objective feedback, viz., information about behavior or performance that is factual, quantitative, and incontrovertible. Objectivce feedback was found reliably to improve behavioral and performance criteria in both settings.
