ABSTRACT:
Objective feedback--quantifiable and virtually incontrovertible information about work behavior or job performance--was provided to employees in the experimental facility regarding industrial and vehicular accidents. No feedback was provided in two comparison facilities. During the 43-week intervention period vehicular accidents were 26,5% lower in the experimental facility and industrial accidents were 16.9% lower.
