ABSTRACT:
Host-selection by Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard) was studied. It was found that major families of host-plants of this leafminer includes Caryphyllaceae, Leguminosea, Compositae, SolanaceaeCConvolvulanceae, Amaranthaceae, CucuritaceaeCRanunculaceae and Cruciferae especially feeds and oviposites more on Stellaria.
