ABSTRACT:
This Note argues that discrimination theory--in focusing on class, race, age, gender, religious, sexual orientation, and disability discrimination--fails to recognize that many instances of discrimination at least partially result from one's membership in the jobless class. The designations currently discussed within discrimination theory are better understood if one recognizes that discrimination against the jobless cuts across all of these forms of discrimination.
