ABSTRACT:
Previous research has shown the Sport Orientation Questionnaire to be reliable and valid in comparing amateur athletes with nonathletes. The present study extends these findings to a comparison of members of a minor league hockey team with a group of its fans who were comparable in age and gender. Results support the earlier findings.
