The development of the Sport Psychology Quiz (SPQ) is outlined in this paper. The SPQ has undergone three revisions, with the current version being presented along with information concerning its reliability, validity, and norms. Information about the difficulty level of each item is given, allowing those who offer college courses in sport psychology to structure these courses to more efficiently meet the educational needs of their students. Recommendations for further work with this test are provided.
