ABSTRACT:
This study evaluated the effects of 6-weeks of visuo-motor behavior rehearsal (VMBR) on karate performance. Subjects who received daily training with VMBR exhibited a greater decrease in state anxiety than a control group, however no effect on performance was noted. Only partial support for the effectiveness of VMBR was shown.
