ABSTRACT:
An alumni-based model to curriculum design is proposed in this paper. This model relies on the assessment of curriculum by alumni. Performance ratings of employers and measures of satisfaction by alumni are used in a regression model to identify curricula leading to increased work performance and satisfaction. Implications for sports management curriculum are discussed.
