Rwanda Workforce Development Authority (WDA) is an institutional framework that is set to provide a strategic response to the skills development challenges facing the country across all sectors of the economy. WDA’s intervention in skills development programmes will be hands-on other than the traditional theoretical knowledge passed on by most educational institutions. WDA purposes to promote, facilitate and guide the development and upgrading of skills and competencies of the national workforce, in order to enhance competitiveness and employability. WDA has a principal operational and regulatory oversight over the Technical and Vocational Educational Training (TVET)Nationally
