Sports Tourism International Council is the professional
association for the sports tourism profession with its International Headquarters in Canada.
Amongst it programs, the Council has a Research Unit which conducts research in the sports tourism industry. As well,there are in place a Certification Program for Sports Tourism Managers as well as links to University Programs in sports tourism.
