The Faculté des Lettres at Manouba, Tunisia was created as a result of the splitting of the Faculté des Lettres in Tunis. It is older than the University of Manouba and houses the oldest English, Arabic and French departments in Tunisia. Its periodicals include Al-Hawliyat in Arabic, the Revue des Langues in English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. Since 1994 it also publishes the English Studies Series of which four issues have come out so far, Things English, Across Boundaries, The Canon: Differences and Values and Dualities.
