Created June 5, 1559, by Jean Calvin and Théodore de Bèze as the "Académie de Genève", then University in 1873. It is the public university of the Canton and Republic of Geneva, Switzerland. Teaching and research activities within the following fields: Sciences, Medicine, Arts & Humanities, Economic & Social Sciences, Law, Protestant Theology, Psychology and Educational Sciences, Architecture and Translation.
