Comment help/glossary/Comment UPDATED: 03/02/05 01:39 In the onlineAGORA, postings or articles are referred to as COMMENTS. COMMENTS appear as threaded discussion lists; you can reply to a COMMENT, reply to a reply, and so on. When you post a COMMENT, it goes to a specified DGROUP in the onlineAGORA. The onlineAGORA is the network of DGROUPS created by getCITED members. Some users may want to think of COMMENTS as "articles" - a term used commonly in other sites with threaded discussion lists. We use the term COMMENT to avoid confusion with the term "journal articles."Looking for a specific COMMENT, or COMMENTS on a certain issue? Use the onlineAGORA SEARCH function to find COMMENTS about your particular area of interest. Check the CONTENTS area in the onlineAGORA home screen to follow the total number of COMMENTS made in the onlineAGORA. getCITED has optional USER INFO settings that allow you to be notified automatically of any COMMENTS made that include a LINK to your IDENTITY or a PUBLICATION linked to your identity.
