ľ Able to teach pre-colonial Southern African history, gender studies as well as contemporary development issues e.g. human rights, democracy, governance, peace, and security studies at undergraduate level.
ľ Able to design and write research proposals, and carryout both qualitative and quantitative social science research.
ľ Able and willing to work and interact with rural and urban communities of all age groups on issues of development, HIV/AIDS, gender, governance and child rights
