DESCRIPTION:
The research is both of a fundamental and an applied nature. It serves the optimization of existing and the development of novel processes to manufacture foods, and the improvement of food quality from a consumer perspective.
The daily management is under the supervision of Prof. M.A.J.S. van Boekel
Research themes are foccussed on the following research areas: Product Design; Food Quality Management; Dairy Technology; Meat Technology; Food and Health; Food Packaging.
