DESCRIPTION:
The department was established in 1988 and since then has expanded considerably. We now teach a full range of accounting, finance and management subjects across a wide range of both undergraduate and postgraduate degree schemes.

Holder of a Master Degree in Education & Human Development from George Washington University, USA, and an Executive MBA from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, topped with 14 years experience in various areas of human resources management and human resources development.
As part of my development, I've now shifted my career to the banking industry. Currenly I'm doing my PhD in banking efficiency and productivity. My ultimate objective is to cover efficiency and productivity from two aspects: financial aspect and human resources aspect.
Specialties:
My practical experience covers various areas in HRM & HRD, including training and development, performance management, recruitment, OD, and HR generalist in different industries such as service industries, FMCG, manufacturing, and constructions. |
