DESCRIPTION:
The department is to prepare professionals to design, implement, evaluate and lead appropriate interventions that promote learning, development and performance improvement in settings where adults learn and work. In addition to delivering effective instruction, AHRD professionals are also prepared to design ways to improve performance, facilitate change and enhance productivity and satisfaction for all employees.
It has both Master's degree program and undergraduate program.
