DESCRIPTION:
The Centre was founded in 1987 to provide an information service for schools and colleges in the United Kingdom which are engaged in any study involving the United States.
It maintains a wide collection of teaching materials (including video tapes and computer software) on American politics, history, geography, science and technology, art, and popular culture. It also publsihes an On-line journal, American Studies Today Online.
